Test stars in action at Horntye
TEST cricketers of the quality of Richie Richardson and Shoaib Akhtar can be seen for FREE when Lashings All Stars take on Hastings Priory in a special challenge match at Horntye Park on Tuesday July 30.
As well as the fastest bowler in the world, Akhtar, the Harlem Globetrotters of the cricketing scene will also include West Indians Sherwin Campbell, Stuart Williams, Junior Murray and Jimmy Adams, Zimbabwean duo Grant Flower and Stuart Carlisle, and New Zealand all-rounder Chris Harris.
There will also be a host of special events including a disco, all-day bar and evening barbecue.
The match begins at 1pm at Horntye Park, Bohemia Road, Hastings, and admission is free.
