Sidley and Glenco join forces
YOUTH football team Glenco will act as a feeder club to Sussex League Sidley United.
The link-up will enable talented young players to move seamlessly from junior to adult football rather than be lost to the area or the game altogether.
Sidley chairman Dickie Day said: "There are an awful lot of youngsters who tend to play locally up to the age of 15 or 16 and then they pack it in. Now with the feeder we well be able to offer the under 16s and under 18s the facilities to play better football."
