HOWARD HAMMERS RARE GOAL
LEE HOWARD'S first goal for three years helped Wick Football Club to a convincing win at Hailsham on Saturday.
After two early penalty appeals for handball had been turned down, Wick went ahead on 27 minutes. Ollie Howcroft was bundled over by two Hailsham players on the edge of the penalty area, and Howard smashed his free kick through the wall to put his side ahead.
