Great turnout for Hurstpierpoint Tennis Club’s junior competition
The annual Hurstpierpoint Tennis Club competition for junior members was a great success, over fifty entries and a great turnout of parents in support.
Club Chairman Toby Lott paid tribute to the coaches Caryn Wright and Nick Turner for their work with the juniors over the year, and the well organised day.
Thomas Wood regained his title but only marginally beating Tom Roberts for the older boys. All the cups were very competitive with players showing good improvement on last year. Harry Emms and sister, Charlotte (who won the U8 cup last year) won in the older U10 age groups.
