Girls' team in fine form
BURGESS Hill School U13 team took part in the Notre Dame Lingfield Invitational Hockey Tournament, to celebrate the opening of its new Astroturf pitch.
The girls were in fine form throughout the morning, attacking with speed and defending with determination.
The girls were undefeated in all three of their matches, beating Reigate Grammar 9-0, Notre Dame 6-0 and The Hawthorns 3-0 to become champions, and scoring 18 goals in three games.
The side conceded no goals.
