Breaking news: Replay moved for TV coverage

Hastings United’s FA Cup second round replay at home to Harrogate Town has been moved to Thursday December 13 as it’s being shown live on ESPN.

The hotly anticipated match was originally scheduled for Tuesday December 11, but this afternoon has been put back 48 hours to accommodate the television coverage.

Blue Square Bet North side Harrogate and Ryman Premier League outfit Hastings fought out a 1-1 draw in North Yorkshire on Saturday with Jamie Crellin scoring a second half equaliser for the U’s.

The winners of the replay will travel to Championship high-flyers Middlesbrough in round three on the weekend of January 5. United are the lowest ranked team left in the world famous national knockout competition.
