Mike Norris returns to Roffey Cricket Club
Fleming’s side have struggled with the bat so far and while admitting Saturday’s thrilling win was far from the perfect performance again, he hopes after lifting off the foot of the Sussex Premier table they can go on to enjoy a strong season.
And former skipper Mike Norris has returned to the club having played only a handful of games at Ifield and should be back for this weekend’s double header.

“After last week (loss to Horsham) it’s a big lift for the boys so hopefully we can push on. We’ve got two league games next week with the Academy on Sunday so it’s a massive weekend for us. Hopefully the weather stays good and we can get some points out of those games.”
But adding a note of caution he said: “It wasn’t a perfect performance. Our batting does need to start firing and we should be chasing 230 against their attack every day of the week.
“We’re working hard on it and hopefully the results will come.”
