Blues storm into second round

Blues, who have won the competition for the past two seasons, never looked back after taking the lead in the second minute. Ryan Walton's persistence and cross-shot saw a United defender blast the ball into his own net.

Walton then twice got on the scoresheet himself, the second from Dave Oakes' cross before Oakes was again the provider for Craig Cox to glance a header home for 4-0.

Andy Smart, in his first game since the Division 3 Cup final in April, when he broke his ankle, added a fifth before half-time from Sean Duffy's pass.
