Bexhill in must-win clash

The Green Machine lie second from bottom in the Sussex Third Division, six points adrift of their opponents but with three games in hand.

Manager Gary Light said: "It s a big game for us. We have got to start winning and get a few points and hopefully we will do that on Saturday. If we don t get a win we will be in big trouble."

Light s plans have been hit by the bane of every County League manager - Sunday parks football.

Ray Bage, Steve Galt and Conrad Sparks are all suspended after picking up bans while playing for their Sunday teams. "It s not helping our cause," said Light who hopes to offset their absence by including experienced forward Rob Warner in tomorrow s squad.

Bexhill have put in a seven-day letter for Shinewater Association midfielder Ben Hutchinson. Kick-off is 2pm.
