Witnesses sought after Crossbush crash

Just before 5pm on Saturday (December 7) on the westbound A27 at Crossbush, just before the junction with Lyminster Road, a silver VW Polo and a black Vauxhall Astra were in collision.

The driver of the Astra, a 21-year-old woman, and her 17-year-old male passenger, were treated at Worthing Hospital for slight injuries.

A black car which was also travelling west when the collision happened, did not stop and police are keen to speak to the driver.

PC Ben Henwood of the Sussex Road Policing Unit at Arundel said; “If you are at that driver, or know who it may be or if you saw what happened please contact us via 101 or email [email protected] quoting serial 1112 of 7/12.”
