Church news from Jeffrey: Over the past week the building work at the church has continued to move forward, the kitchen units are now in and some plumbing work has been done. The new glass balustrade for the Gallery is now in place, though it requires some final work to complete, this is another piece made by Mel Howse, who also did the West window and our Diamond Jubilee window.
Some dates for the diary, there will be a Carol service in Whatlington church on Sunday 15th Dec. at 10.30am and the Whatlington Pageant will be at 3pm on Sunday 22nd Dec. In the meantime services continue at 08.30am each Sunday with next weeks hopefully being the last service in the Village Hall!
