Volunteers needed for local charity

On Saturday 3rd October 2009 they are holding a street collection in Bexhill from 9 am to 2 pm and are in desperate need of more volunteers who would be willing to hold a collecting box for them for an hour or more.

All the money raised from this collection is for the refurbishment of the Community Room at the rear of the office in Sackville.

Work has now started and it is hoped that with the help of the residents of Bexhill there will soon be somewhere for people to meet and relax.
