Councillors must be volunteers, aged at least 18 and live in the Denne area.

Anyone with an interest in local affairs who could attend meetings and get involved, or someone looking to gain valuable experience towards a future in government would be welcomed.

The clerk does not have to live in the area, but will keep everything running smoothly.

The area includes 5000 houses, the town centre, Horsham Park, the hospital, railway station and more.
