UPDATE: Customer trapped in Horsham Marks and Spencer lift
A Marks and Spencer’s customer was trapped in a lift for nearly half an hour yesterday (Thursday February 21).
West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service arrived on the scene at Horsham’s Swan Walk Shopping Centre at around 5.30pm.
A spokesperson said crew used small tools to open the lift door and free the man.
They left just before 6pm.
