COMMUNITY NEWS & REVIEWS: Today Friday July 1st. marks the very sad occasion in a page of Ewhurst Green remembrances, when residents of the whole of Ewhurst Parish and beyond, will come together to bid a solemn but loving goodbye to their much loved Reverend Gordon Winchester, as his funeral service will take place today at St. James the Great, Ewhurst Green at 2.30pm. Gordon was always a happy and cheerful soul, a truly lovely man, both inside and out and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Our love and prayers are with his beloved wife Judy and son Simon during this sorrowful time.
