A convenience store in St Leonards is bidding for a licence to sell alcohol and to cement its opening hours.

Yella Shop on Kings Road applied to Hastings Borough Council (HBC) for permission to sell alcohol from 8am to 11pm Monday to Saturday and from 10am on Sundays.

HBC’s licensing sub committee will discuss the bid on Tuesday (May 31).
