The Lottery was established in 1997 to provide additional financial support to help maintain the much needed services provided by the Hospice to people with life-limiting illnesses throughout Hastings and Rother. Each year the Lottery contributes over £360,000 to running of the Hospice which continues to provide care to all their patients, their families and friends.

“Please buy one of our special draw lottery tickets. The one off entry gives you the chance of winning up to £3,000 - you never know, you could be our next Lottery winner” said Paula Najair, Lottery Manager at St Michael’s Hospice.

“We also sell our popular scratch cards, available at the Hospice, in our shops and in various retail outlets. Over 30,000 scratch cards have already been sold. They are proving very popular as gifts and party favours and with a top prize of £1,000 what better way to make your celebration extra special?” continued Paula.

The Hospice is also looking for more independent retailers to support them by becoming stockists of their scratch cards. Do you know anyone who may be interested?

Alternatively if you would you like to help your local Hospice, you can be a brand ambassador in the community and earn extra money at the same time.
