Following successful pre-approval for change of use from offices to housing at the Bolnore Road site, Sightsavers has been able to agree a deal with developer Rosehart Properties Limited and the Storm Group of Companies.

Hide AdThey have submitted plans to redevelop the impressive Victorian building into eight town houses.
The former kitchen and laundry buildings will be offered for sale jointly by Savills and Mansell McTaggart as separate, individual residential redevelopment opportunities.
Both buildings present an excellent opportunity to create substantial detached family homes with detached garages and private landscaped gardens.
