Shorelinewardenssought

Volunteer beach wardens are being sought to learn about coastal wildlife and ecology along the Bognor Regis shoreline.

The helpers aged 16-25 will also have the chance to plan and carry out practical conservation projects with help from a British Trust of Conservation Volunteers officer.

The scheme starts on September 22 at Pagham Harbour and Bognor Regis. Pickups will be available from local public transport.

The beach warden scheme helps to protect wildlife by enabling people to discover and understand the creatures that live on the shore.
