LADIES DARTS: We played at The White Hart II (Wadhurst) in the 2nd Round 2nd Leg of the team knockout cup. Having lost 5-6 at home we had to make a good start which we did with wins for Carol Apps and Jackie Danaher but the hosts replied taking the next two singles but Steph Goldsmith won the last singles to level the aggregate score. Doubles wins for Carol/Steph and Dawn Mitchell/Alice Hodges gave us the lead and when Rosemary Clifford/Dawn/Steph won the first trebles we needed just one more game and that came on the very last game through Carol/Jackie/Rosemary for a 7-4 win on the night but an aggregate score of 12-10 to progress into the semi-final. There were high scores for Jackie [96,76,72], Rosemary [90,83], Steph [85x2], Dawn [79] and Carol [72,71x2]. On Monday [18th] we are at home to Best Beech at 8p.m..
