RNLI Easter Eggstravaganza

Rye Harbour RNLI Station extend an invitation to join them for a morning of family fun at their Easter Eggstravaganza this Sunday (April 9) 10-1pm.

A spokesperson says there will be activities for everyone. “Take the family on our annual Easter egg hunt starting at the station and continue hunting down to the nature reserve building.

“Upon your return with your answer in hand, come and collect your egg (one for every participant) then head straight over the flagpole meeting area for 12pm sharp to start the egg & spoon race!

“When you finish the race head back into the boathouse for some refreshments, whilst you’re there make sure to say hello to our crew who will be floating round the station to answer all your questions. Once your belly is full of some of the delicious cakes that will be on offer, why not get your creativity flowing and enter our Easter craft competition or complete some of our free RNLI activity sheets.”

Entry is £5 for all activities, or: Easter Egg Hunt £2.50; Egg & Spoon Race £1.50; Easter Craft Competition £1.50.
