A Felpham restaurant is up for sale for more than half a million pounds.
Ye Olde Malthouse has been put on the market by the Kilvington family who have owned it for more than 30 years.
The traditional English-style restaurant in Waterloo Road has an emphasis on fresh seafood dishes.
It has room on its ground and first floors for 40 diners as well as a bar and a catering kitchen.
The sale is being handled by the Winchester office of Christie & Co.
