Plans submitted for up to 100 new homes in Yapton

The proposals could see the houses being built on 3.4 hectares (8.4 acres) of land to the south of Ford Lane and east of North End Road.

As part of the designs, up to 30 dwellings would be reserved for affordable housing.

There would also be 2.7 acres of land set aside for public space and a further 5.4 acres for more open space and a ‘green corridor’.
