Plans submitted for new Wick council homes

ARUN District Council has formally lodged planning applications to construct 22 controversial new council homes in Wick.

The council has applied to build 18 news houses and four flats. The application comes after Arun’s cabinet approved the recommendation of planning applications to be submitted at a meeting last month. Here is the full list of plans for the Gazette area:

ANGMERING: new miniature golf course, Rustington Golf Club, Golfers Lane.

EAST PRESTON: extension of entrance, first floor above and behind existing garage and ground floor extension to the rear, 19 Selborne Way.

FORD: first floor side extension, 2 Arunsford Close.

LITTLEHAMPTON: application for four houses, parking and landscaping on existing car park on land north of 31-40 Joyce Close.

Plan for three houses and two flats with parking and landscaping on existing car park on land north of 7-12 Joyce Close.

Eight houses parking and landscaping, on an existing car park on land north of 52-67 Greenfields.

Two flats and one house with parking and landscaping on exiting car park on land north of 81-92 Greenfields.

Two houses parking and landscaping on land between 99-100 Greenfields.

RUSTINGTON: rear two-storey extension, 31 The Parkway.

Single and two-storey extensions (resubmission following R/20/14/), 7 Cross Road.

Garage extension, 17 Broadmark Way.
