While a number of ‘Kill the Bill’ protests took place across the country, groups in Eastbourne came together to have their say on the Police Crime Sentencing and Courts Bill. The Bill proposes extending police powers to impose restrictions and to ban protests on grounds of “noise” or “impact”.
