The Oliver Curd Trust is holding it’s Annual General Meeting on Friday February 22, 2013 at Peasmarsh Pavilion (near recreation ground, The Maltings) at 7pm. All friends & supporters old and new welcome! Cup of tea and biscuit supplied!

People seem to be under the impression that the church is locked while work is going on on the organ. It is still open, as usual, but the latch has got a bit stiff. Please feel free to visit and go inside at any time.

The Family Candlemas Service last Sunday was well attended. The congregation enjoyed the Little Choir’s singing and the dramatisation of the story of the Presentation. The next Family Service in the parish will be at Beckley on Mothering Sunday (March 10) not on February 24 as advertised on Sunday’s order of service.

Advance notice for music lovers ! The Celan Quartet who delighted us all last year will be back again (with an additional guest artiste) on May 6 for another concert and supper in the church. Put the date in your diary. Details to follow soon.

The service this Sunday at Peasmarsh church will be Holy Eucharist at 3pm; both the 8am and 10am services will be at Beckley.
