I was most interested to see the new proposals for the town centre.
The proposals increase the demand for access with all the new flats, restaurants etc without appearing to provide any additional methods or provision for people to get to and from the areas, and only allow reduced car park spaces.
This won’t work unless the seafront is changed into almost a car park to increase access.
Why can’t all the buildings have a ground floor with parking spaces to avoid loss of these facilities?
