Like so many parishes in West Sussex Warnham sets about the task of engaging with residents to gather their views on a multitude of topics so that a vision can be set for years to come.

Warnham parish residents are invited to attend the launch event at Warnham Village Hall on Hollands Way on Friday 24th April from 7.30-9pm where they will be able to find out more information of how they can become actively involved and assist in the development of the parish plan.

The Neighbourhood Development Plan concerns the countryside, environment, community, housing, economy, recreation, amenities as well as traffic and transport.

The Warnham parish has remained predominantly rural with the concentration of population within Warnham village; Kingsfold, Winterfold and Rowhook being outlying communities.

The idea of the Plan is to safeguard the tranquil environment of the parish, protect its heritage and conservation area as well as seek ways in which to enhance it as a rural bespoke community.

Drop-in events for residents to get involved will follow at:

n Warnham Village Hall Saturday 9 May 10:00am - 2:00pm

n The Owl public house, Kingsfold Tuesday 12 May 7:30pm.
