LETTER: Demolish this ugly monstrosity
The new plans for the west end of Horsham attract attention once again to the Shelley Fountain. Is it not now the time to put this structure out of its misery?
It is broke and obviously cannot be fixed to work for any length of time.
Many, including me, think it is an ugly monstrosity, so how about demolishing it and replacing it with a working,more natural looking water feature?
