Elected on policies
NICK Wiltshire in his letter has highlighted the problem of elected representatives not having an affiliation with the town.
He goes on to say “It’s what residents deserve if they elect these people.” Perhaps he doesn’t realise that these people were elected on the basis of their policies.
Furthermore, I should like to hear his comments regarding Lib-Dem MPs Charles Kennedy and Sir Menzies Campbell, to name but two, who vote on English issues when they are Scottish.
