I'm writing to appeal to the people of Bognor Regis to get behind the campaign to build a new community hospital in Littlehampton.

Although located in Littlehampton, this facility would be of great benefit to the people of Bognor Regis and those residents who live in our outlying parishes.

If we get what we were promised, the new facility will ease pressure at South Bersted, Worthing Hospital and St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester and that’s got to be good news for all of us.

This campaign isn’t about politics it’s about health and fighting for what we have been promised. It is a subject that has united all political parties in the council chamber at Arun time and time again – and it’s not often that happens!
