Yes, I am one of the many deeply concerned about the number of crimes committed by some members of the Eastern European community in Arun; the vast majority of their community are law-abiding.
As visitors to our country, surely it is up to them to learn our customs and integrate accordingly.
Arun district population is about 150,000. The Eastern European population within Arun is about 6,000, thus four per cent of the community are committing 18 per cent of Arun crime. These figures speak for themselves.
Untaxed foreign cars and rough sleeping in our parks and gardens is another concern that needs to be addressed.
