Just A Minute

WHEN we open our newspaper or turn on the TV we cannot help wondering what kind of future is there?

What kind of future lies in wait

For children just arriving?

If there's a world to live in still,

Will it be worth surviving?

What does it matter if mankind

Shall reach his highest goal,

If somehow in the process

He has had to sell his soul?

Will truth survive? Will love survive?

Will there be sympathy?

Will healing sessions still be held

Around a pot of tea?

Or will the hardness, meanness,

With which we're all infected,

Relentlessly pursue its course

'Til kindness has defected?

But love cannot be buried,

Though man's mad enough to try it;

It's always resurrected

Even though we crucify it.

However, Easter is approaching, and the message that it brings is true, by accepting Christ's forgiveness for our sins, future life will be given you .What a future!
