Littlehampton lead theft arrests

THREE Wick men have been arrested on suspicion of stealing lead from the roof of a closed-down pub.

Police were called just before 1am on Friday, by neighbours reporting three men on the roof of the Steam Packet, in River Road, Littlehampton.

The men, two aged 17 and a 21-year-old, were arrested in Fort Road shortly afterwards. They were released on police bail until October 27.
