Ifold man to run 400 miles in four months
An Ifold man is hoping to run 400 miles in four months between May and August this year, to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Society and Transaid.
Simon Bennett, who will be 55 at the start of the challenge, is taking part in four ‘ultra runs’.
These are the Thames Path 100 in May, the South Downs Way 100 in June, the Montane Lakeland 100 in July and what Simon describes as his ‘dream race’ - the North Face Ultra Tour du Mont Blanc in August.
