Free adult colouring in Selsey

A Relax with Colouring free taster session for adults will run on Monday, April 25 from 10.30am to 12 noon at the library in School Lane.
“Although colouring is often thought of as a popular pastime for children, adult colouring books have seen a massive surge in popularity over the last year,” organisers West Sussex County Council said.

Hide Ad“Colouring is recognised as being beneficial to adults in reducing stress and anxiety levels.”
Colouring sheets, pens and pencils will be provided, or participants are welcome to bring their own colouring projects along.
