Donation to Rocks

A £3,500 cheque has been presented by Butlins to Bognor Regis Town FC.

The donation continues the holiday company's support for the football club.

It amounts to a further season's sponsorship for the Leaderboard scoreboard which is on top of the covered terracing at the western end of the club's Nyewood Lane ground.

The cheque was handed over by Butlins' representatives before last Saturday's final home game of the 2006/07 season.

The scoreboard also benefits from backing in kind from local firm Leaderboard UK which provides the equipment at cost price.
