Police would like to speak to this man who may have information about a sexual assault of a girl in Hastings.

Police said the 16-year-old girl was walking with friends in Old London Road, close to Sacred Heart Primary School, at 10.45am on Thursday, May 28, when a man grabbed her breast as he walked by her.

She shouted at him and he ran off, but was captured on video by one of her quick-thinking friends, according to police.

Police said the victim has bravely agreed to its release in a bid to identify him.

He is described as white, in his 40s, with brown hair, dressed in a blue T-shirt, black shorts and wearing running shoes.

Anyone who recognises the man is asked to report online or call 101 quoting serial 71 of 30/05.
