Man arrested after throwing toy in Horsham bank
A MAN has been arrested in Horsham town centre after hurling a children’s toy at a wall in Nationwide Building Society this afternoon.
Police were called to The Carfax around 1pm after bank staff saw the man throwing the heavy wooden and metal bead frame toy across reception before pushing a fire alarm button on his way out.
He fled the scene but was arrested less than an hour later.
“It could have potentially been very dangerous,” said one cashier.
