Hastings man arrested after offensive video mocking Harvey and Katie Price posted on Twitter

A 52-year-old man from Hastings has been arrested by police investigating an offensive video posted on Twitter, a spokesman has confirmed.

Police were made aware of the video around 8.40pm on Wednesday (November 4).

On Twitter, a number of users reported the video – which mocks Katie Price and her son Harvey – to Hastings Police.

Hastings Police confirmed they were investigating it.

Later, a police spokesman said: “The man was arrested around 4.45am on Thursday (November 5) on suspicion of sending by public communication network an offensive / indecent / obscene / menacing message.

“He remains in police custody at this time.”
