Bookshop couple call it a day
AFTER 16 years as owners of the Living Words Bookshop in Seaford, Leslie and Margaret Ayres are to retire.
But new owners Rachel and Trevor Atkinson, and shop manager Eliza Szymula, plan to build on their success, selling a wide variety of Christian books, music, cards, gifts and resources.
Rachel, who grew up in Seaford and whose family still live in the town said: 'We are pleased and excited to be taking over the business. It's a wonderful shop which has great potential to be a resource for the community.
'Eliza, who is originally from Poland, is just the person to manage the shop. We are delighted.'
