Bexhill man denies racial offence
A BEXHILL man has denied causing racially aggravated fear or provocation of violence towards three Turkish men in a fish and chip shop.
Stephen Forrest, 35, of Southlands Avenue, pleaded not guilty to three charges before magistrates at Hastings.
The case will be heard at the Crown Court on October 20.
Forrest was granted unconditional bail.
