Armed robbery at Arundel hotel
A MAN threatened staff with a shotgun before stealing cash from an Arundel hotel.
The armed robbery took place at around 11pm on Friday (April 4) when a man wearing a balaclava, mask and boiler suit walked into the Crossbush Hotel, Crossbush Lane, Arundel.
Horrified staff handed over a quantity of cash to the man, described as 5ft 10ins and slim, before he made off.
Police were alerted but, despite an extensive search involving the helicopter, the man was not found.
