“There are lots of ways we can help someone depending on their situation and we make sure to match our Care Professionals very carefully with clients. They can see the same friendly people each time or different faces if they prefer.”

Encouraging independence is also key to the Vitale philosophy which helps to enhance their quality of life. “People’s mental wellbeing is just as important as their physical health so we give all the support they need whilst helping them retain their independence.,” added Sarah.

Daniel and Sarah see working in the care sector as being a vocation and career rather than simply a job and is keen to provide scope for progression. The company offers staff a fully paid induction programme plus ongoing training opportunities and the chance to specialise if desired.

“The care sector has been through a challenging time in recent years and those that work in care aren’t always given the recognition they deserve,” said Sarah. “Our colleagues have unique skills that make a positive difference to people’s lives and their empathy and breadth of knowledge is amazing.”
