Horsham nursery to host screening of Project Wild Thing

A Horsham nursery is to host a screening of acclaimed documentary Project Wild Thing at the Capitol Theatre next month.

Little Barn Owls Nursery and Farm School is to host the ‘witty, entertaining and moving’ film by David Bond that encourages children to enjoy the great outdoors.

There will also be a question and answer session with David Bond after the screening on Tuesday July 15.

Little Barn Owls is committed to the belief that children learn and thrive best when they have access to regular positive outdoor experiences.

This is the first time the film has been screened in Horsham.

A spokesperson for the nursery said: “We are presenting a screening of this important, but most of all witty, entertaining and moving film by David Bond because we believe everyone should see this film to remember how important it is that we reconnect with nature and get our kids into wild spaces more.”

The film starts at 7.30pm, and the question and answer session will begin at 9pm. A minimum donation of £8.50 to The Wild Network is required .
