'˜No plans' to close Horsham's Argos after digital store opens

Speculation on social media suggested that the large store in Worthing Road may close after the opening of the digital store within Homebase, near Broadbridge Heath.
McDonald’s left the town last year as part of the West End development.

Hide AdA spokesperson for Argos said: “We can confirm there are no plans to close the Argos store on Worthing Road, Horsham.
“The new digital Argos store inside Homebase on Broadbridge Retail Park is designed to complement the existing town centre store by providing people with even greater convenience and availability of products.”
Eleven new jobs have been created thanks to the new store, which has opened inside the local Homebase.
