Planning approval is being sought from Horsham District Council for the change-of-use of the first floor office at the Conservatory Cafe in Horsham Park.
The cafe, which reopened this year under new ownership and has been renamed the Kaya Cafe, is part of a grade 11 listed building known as The Stable Block which previously formed part of Park House.
The cafe owners say they want to provide guest accommodation as part of functions such as weddings and birthdays being held at the cafe.
