LETTER: Make a lasting memorial statue of Shelley

Instead of wasting money trying to repair that monstrosity at the bottom of West Street in Horsham, why not pay someone to make a lasting memorial statue of Shelley.

We have lost so much of the history of our lovely old town. The sign of ‘Welcome to the historic town of Horsham’ would at least mean something again.
