The festival concert in this year’s West Sussex Guitar Festival in Bognor Regis will be given by Graham Devine on Saturday, November 23.
Spokesman Terry Woodgate said: “From an early age Graham was influenced by the popular guitar music of the time and attended Chetham’s School of Music, a school for musically-gifted children.
“As a teenager he followed his dream and left England to live in Brazil to broaden his knowledge of guitar music.
“After a while he became an established teacher and performer there, giving recitals and master classes throughout South America.
“He has won several international guitar competitions, in some cases the only English guitarist to have won these awards.
“His CD releases have received excellent reviews.”
The concert, on Saturday, November 23, begins at 7.30pm in the Recital Hall, 46 Sudley Road, Bognor Regis.
Tickets, including a glass of wine, cost £14 non-members, £10 members, students half price, under-18s free.

“The West Sussex Guitar Festival is open for performances by classical guitarists of all ages and abilities,” Terry added.
“Over the course of the two weekends of the festival – November 16-17 (under18s) and November 24 (adults) – a total of almost 200 entries are expected.
“Charles Ramirez, professor of guitar at the Royal College of Music, will adjudicate the junior entries, and Graham Devine, teacher at the Trinity College of Music, will adjudicate the adults.”
