Meet Michael Morpurgo at the Arundel Festival

Arundel Festival is offering the chance to meet acclaimed children’s author Michael Morpurgo.

Up for grabs in a competition is a family ticket (two adults, two children aged seven-16) and the chance to have your picture taken with Michael when he visits the Festival on Saturday, August 16.

Arundel Festival spokeswoman Lucy Ashworth said: “To attract such a well-renowned author to the town is amazing.

“We hope adults and children will enjoy the beautiful setting of Arundel Castle Cricket Club and hear Michael talk about his new novel, Listen to the Moon among others.

“The Festival attracts more than 50, 000 visitors over the ten days, August 16-25, where we strive to bring a quality programme of events in music, drama and art.

“Tickets on 01903 885727. Doors open at 5pm. Talk 5.30pm.”
